Mission Raniganj Box Office Collection Day 2:Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra’s much-anticipated film, Mission Raniganj, was released on Friday. According to a report published by Box Office India, the film has collected approximately 7 crore rupees so far. On its opening day, the film earned around 2.75 crore rupees. Impressively, on the second day, Mission Raniganj witnessed a significant growth in its collection.

It saw a 55% increase in earnings, bringing in 4.25 crore rupees. According to the report, despite the film’s main character being a Sikh, it is performing lower in the eastern Punjab compared to Fukrey 3, which was released in the previous week. Both Friday and Saturday were on the lower side, and since Mission Raniganj is not Eastern Punjab, it is practically impossible in Maharashtra, West Bengal, and Nizam/Andhra. “Sunday is likely to be affected by the cricket match between India and Australia.”

Directed by Tinu Suresh Desai, Mission Raniganj tells the story of the late mining engineer Jaswant Singh Gill, who led the heroic rescue mission in the flooded coal mines of Raniganj in November 1989, saving trapped miners.

Business analyst Taran Adarsh described Mission Raniganj as “impressive.” He gave the film a stellar 4-star rating and praised the project for its “engaging narrative, thrilling moments, and a heartwarming conclusion.” He also commended the performances of Akshay Kumar and Ravi Kishan.
