After being reinstated as a Member of Parliament, Rahul Gandhi delivered his first speech in the Lok Sabha on the second day of the debate on the no-confidence motion, which took place on Wednesday.
Rahul Gandhi’s eagerly anticipated speech on the no-confidence motion began at 12:10 PM on Wednesday in the Lok Sabha. In his address, the Member of Parliament from Wayanad thanked Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla for reinstating him as a member and also sought forgiveness for his past actions.
He mentioned Adani during this speech. “In my last speech in the House, I had talked about Adani. It’s possible I may have hurt many people. So, I apologize… Today, I want to tell my friends in the BJP that there’s no need to fear today because my main speech won’t be around Adani. Yes, I will metaphorically throw some stones,” Rahul Gandhi said.

Referring to Rumi, Rahul Gandhi said that he would speak from the heart today, not from the mind. While introducing his main speech on the no-confidence motion, Rahul Gandhi appealed for patience, saying, “If you’ve waited for one day, wait for a few more minutes.”

Regarding the no-confidence motion brought by the Congress and opposition parties of India, Rahul Gandhi stated that Prime Minister Modi did not visit Manipur because Manipur is not part of India for him. Rahul Gandhi stated, “I am talking about Manipur, but the truth is that there is nothing left of Manipur in Manipur. You have divided Manipur into two parts.
